3. Pricing & Payments
We provide upfront pricing before beginning any work. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required beyond the initial assessment. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash.
4. Warranties & Guarantees
We guarantee our workmanship for 90 days from the date of service. Hardware warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, forced entry attempts, or normal wear and tear.
5. Limitation of Liability
BH Locksmith USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to locks or doors.
6. Proof of Ownership
For security purposes, we may require proof of ownership or authorization before providing lockout services or rekeying locks. Valid photo identification may be required.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information about their lock and security needs. Customers must have legal authority to request services for the property in question.
